There are Two ways to upload chat stickers on Facebook.
1 Like this page on Facebook and send picture emotions as
share->in Private Message->add Name->Send

2.Go to http://chatstickers.com/
Then add Chrome Extension/Mozilla Firefox Extension as per your browser.Then install the plug in
After installation you will get the stickers on your messenger icon
